Evanell cares deeply about your privacy. We only process data that we need for (improving) our services and handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. We never provide your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Webshop Software

Shopify

Our webshop is developed using software from Shopify. Personal data that you provide for our services is shared with this party. Shopify has access to your data to provide us with technical support, and they will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have with them, Shopify is obligated to take appropriate security measures. These security measures include the use of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Web Hosting

Vimexx

We use web hosting and email services provided by Vimexx. Vimexx processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services; these are not personal data. Vimexx has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Vimexx is bound by a non-disclosure agreement.

For our regular business email traffic, we use the services of Vimexx. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to minimize misuse, loss, and corruption of your and our data. Vimexx has no access to our mailbox, and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.

Payment Processors

Mollie

To handle (a part of) the payments in our webshop, we use the Mollie platform. Mollie processes your name, address, and location information, as well as your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. We collect reviews through the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review through WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide a name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this data with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its website.
