Shipping & returns

Shipping within Europe is free. If you place an order before 4:00 PM, delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium takes 24 hours. On the day of shipment, you will receive a tracking number from us via email. With this, you can track the location of the package and the expected delivery date and time. Packages are handled by PostNL and GLS.

If your country is not listed, please feel free to contact us, and we will arrange to activate it for you.

Returns

Items purchased from Evanell can generally be returned within 14 days of receipt. During this period, you can try and evaluate the products as you would in a physical store.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the depreciation in value. Please handle the product with care and make sure it is well-packaged for returns.

When choosing to return products, we ask that you notify us in advance by completing the return form on our website or using the withdrawal model below. You can also notify us by sending an email to: [email protected]. Please be aware that you should return the products within 14 days after informing us.

Once your request is received, we will send you a return label and all the necessary return documents. You should use the label within 14 days of receiving it to send your devices back to us for free.

Processing Your Return

Upon receiving your return, we will assess the returned items and process your refund. The money will be refunded using the original payment method you used during the purchase, unless otherwise requested. The refund will be processed within 7 days. Return shipping costs are covered by us.
