If I don't like the smart radiator valve, can I send it back?

Yes. You can cancel your purchase up to 30 days after receipt. To do so, register your return and return everything - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. You will be refunded the order amount.

We do not charge shipping costs for shipments within Europe.

For effective heating control, we recommend installing an evanell° Smart Radiator valve in every room where you want individual temperature control. Our smart radiator valves are designed to work seamlessly together, and we have optimised the range (reach) to add up to 30 valves to the system.

Depending on the size of your building, we recommend using 2 or more gateways for optimal coverage. However, it is always wise to start with one gateway first and evaluate whether this is sufficient for your needs. If it later turns out that you need more coverage, additional gateways can always be ordered and added to your system. This ensures maximum flexibility and scalability.
